decided to walk while waiting for Aisyah..
training archery mula jam 830 gitu.. sampai lewat sikit.. pasang semua equipment
then let's walk..
boleh laaa.. mmg budget dalam 30 min jaaa.. sebab dah lama tak exercise..
sangatlaaaa segan tak tau nak habaq.. tapi tahu kena buat physical act at least 30 mins per day
